Arby’s Pre-Class Action Lawsuit

In 2025, Arby’s brought back a fan favorite - the Potato Cake. But those fans needed assurances that Arby’s had no intention of removing Potato Cakes from the menu ever again. So we convinced the Arby’s legal team to draw up a first-of-its-kind “pre-class action lawsuit” against Arby’s in the event Arby’s ever gets rid of Potato Cakes.
